What is Cliente Rewards?
Cliente Rewards is our loyalty program. Once you join (it’s free!), you’ll earn points for every dollar spent, enjoy free shipping, gain exclusive early access to product launches, and more.
How do I join Cliente Rewards?
Sign up for an account here to earn your first 150 points. You will also receive points for any purchases made in the past three months.
How is my tier status determined?
Tier status is based on your total spend per calendar year. Earn Bronzo status by simply signing up, spend $500 to gain Argento status, or spend $1,000 to reach Oro status.
How do I redeem rewards?
There are two ways to redeem once you reach a minimum of 300 points:
1. Redeem your points for a reward on the Cliente Rewards page, then copy and paste the code generated into the "Discount Code" box at checkout. Once you redeem points, those points cannot be used towards redeeming a larger reward nor applied via the points redemption option in checkout (see below), so we suggest you wait to redeem until you're ready to check out. Unused rewards can be found on the Cliente Rewards page for future use under the "Rewards'' section. Please note, only one reward can be used at a time.
2. If you would like to claim a different amount of points than the preset rewards, do not redeem individual rewards on the Cliente Rewards page. Instead, redeem your points for any amount (starting at 300 points, or $15) directly in checkout. If you do not see the points redemption option at checkout, please make sure you are logged in to your M.Gemi account and not in Shop Pay. If you see a purple icon that says Shop Pay at the top of the checkout page, select "Check out as guest" and you will be brought to the M.Gemi checkout experience. From there, log in and use the points redemption option to redeem your rewards.
Are there any exclusions?
Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or applied to sale items, full-price items under $150, or past purchases. Only one reward can be used per purchase.
I made a purchase and/or referral. Why don't I see my points?
Points will be added to your account 21 days after you make a purchase. This is to account for if you wish to make a return. You do not receive points on returned purchases. Referral points are added to your account 21 days after your friend makes a purchase. You will not receive points if your friend returns their purchase. Pending points will appear in your rewards history.
Do my rewards expire?
Your rewards will expire if you have not made a purchase in a year. We will send you a reminder two weeks before your rewards are set to expire.
