Free Shipping
Your order is estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days after the package has shipped within the continental US. Deliveries are sent via UPS or USPS depending on state of delivery.
GUARANTEED EXPRESS SHIPPING: $8.00 
Your order will arrive in 3-6 business days, within the continental United States.
2nd Day Air: $15.00
Your order will arrive in 2 business days, within the continental United States.
Next Day Air: $30.00
The fastest way to get your order. Just 1 business day in the continental United States. Orders with expedited shipping placed after 2PM ET will ship out the next business day.

Returns

What is the return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery/receipt of your order to make a return of full price products.

For a full refund of your original payment, shoes must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Our warehouse photographs any return that has imperfections, including: manufacturing quality, scratches and other markings, the appearance of being worn. Returns deemed worn are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may result in no refund to original payment, full or partial store credit or M.Gemi returning the shoes to the client. If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please email assistant@mgemi.com. If you receive a shoe with quality imperfections, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the shoes.

Our return & exchange process varies based on where you placed your order:
  • For orders placed in the US*, you can initiate a return or exchange by visiting mgemi.loopreturns.com
  • For orders placed in our Bloomingdale’s showroom, you can initiate a return by emailing your order number to bloomingdales@mgemi.com*
Once you visit our online returns portal or email us, you will be prompted to provide some additional information and will receive instructions on how to complete your return.

*Orders placed in Bloomingdale’s are eligible for return, but not exchange. To place a new order visit us at mgemi.com or call us at 844.574.4364.

How much does shipping cost?
All orders have a complimentary shipping. We also provide 2nd Day and Next Day Air at an additional cost.
When will I receive my order?
Your shoes will arrive within an estimated 3-6 business days, within the continental US. When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not currently ship internationally.
Where do M.Gemi shoes ship from?
All M.Gemi shoes ship from our warehouse in Boston, MA.
Can I check order status or track shipping?
If you created an account you can check your order status anytime after it's placed in your order history. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
How can I cancel my order?
As long as it has not yet been shipped, we can cancel your order—just email use at assistant@mgemi.com. Or, if in the US, call us at +1 (844)-574-4364. However, we try to send orders along quickly, so it is not always possible to cancel your order. Shipping and returns are free, and we will make it simple and easy to make sure you get exactly—and only—what you want.
